Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer for the Cost and Budget Department, responsible for preparing quotations and budgets, assisting with project valuations, and managing performance indicators and commercial services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of quotations and budgets for various services 2. Responsibility for KPI control and commercial service 3. Support in project valuations and technical site visits GRUPO LAY IS SEEKING 01 CIVIL ENGINEER FOR THE COST AND BUDGET DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar projects * Solid technical knowledge of quantity surveying, cost estimation, and budgeting for services, retail, and construction. * Sourcing competitive offers, preparing budgets, and presenting proposals * Preparation of quotations and valuations for services such as: Electrical, Sanitary, Drywall, Painting, Flooring and Tiling, etc. * Degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering * Knowledge of S10 **(Mandatory)** * AutoCAD and blueprint reading skills * Solid knowledge of quantity surveying, cost estimation, and budgeting (Mandatory) * Intermediate-level Excel and Office proficiency (Mandatory) * Knowledge of unit costs and APU’s (Unit Price Analysis) * Willingness to travel across various districts of Lima. - RESPONSIBILITIES: * Preparation of quotations for services offered by the company. * Assistance to immediate supervisor with various tasks related to this area. * Conducting technical site visits to prepare required budgets for services offered by the company. * Supporting project valuations. * Responsible for generating indicators to monitor KPIs. * Responsible for commercial services related to costs and budgets, both internally and externally. * Immediate availability to work in Surco.
