Collaborative and dynamic work environment We seek a Costs and Budgeting professional who develops technical and economic budgets for commercial buildings and office projects, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and competitiveness. Responsibilities include quantity take-offs, cost analysis, scheduling, and supplier management—directly contributing to project profitability. **Education:** * Graduate or degree holder in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * 3 years of experience in offices / retail **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years preparing construction budgets. * Desired experience in commercial and residential projects, with on-site exposure. **Technical Knowledge:** * AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Excel. * Quantity take-offs, unit price analysis, and budgeting. * Construction processes and regulations. * Technical and economic evaluation of suppliers. **What We Offer:** * Growth opportunity in an expanding company. * Participation in diverse and challenging projects. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
