Job Summary: We are seeking a structural CAD drafter to develop drawings, reinforcement details for structural elements, and provide support in interdisciplinary coordination and preparation of technical files. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop structural floor plans and shell drawings 2. Develop reinforcement details for structural elements 3. Provide support in coordination and preparation of technical files We are looking for a **STRUCTURAL CAD DRAFTER**, based in Surquillo, with immediate availability. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical drafter graduate or certified * Minimum 6 months of experience in structural drafting (preferred) * Intermediate or advanced AutoCAD (mandatory) * Revit Structures (preferred) * Knowledge of and ability to interpret structural drawings (preferred) * Reside in areas near Surquillo **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop structural floor plans and shell drawings * Develop reinforcement details for structural elements in buildings for residential, commercial, educational, airport, telecommunications, and other uses * Support coordination with other disciplines * Assist in preparing and assembling technical files If interested, please send your CV to 989\-119\-420 Workplace: On-site employment
