Job Summary: This position combines CAD technical drafting and laser-cutting file preparation with customer service, sales, and delivery coordination in the metal-mechanical sector. Opportunity to apply skills in metal-mechanical engineering and sales POSITION: CAD DRAFTER \- CUSTOMER SERVICE **Primary Objective** Convert customer ideas into technical files (DXF) ready for laser cutting, and manage daily sales/quotations. Key Responsibilities * **Technical Drafting:** Create drawings in **AutoCAD** (2D/3D) from samples or sketches. * **CNC Preparation:** Clean DXF files and calculate sheet metal development (bending). * **Sales and Quotation:** Serve customers, recommend materials (steel thicknesses/types), and provide quick pricing. * **Delivery Coordination:** Coordinate with the laser operator and provide customers with realistic pickup dates. Requirements * Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD** (Mandatory). * Advanced proficiency in **INVENTOR** * Experience in **Metal-Mechanical Engineering**. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
