Perform community management and CRM management A prominent financial sector company is seeking to fill the position of “Digital Marketing Executive” to join its strategic marketing department under the direction of the Marketing Manager. Requirements: \- Recently graduated technical university professional in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications. \- Minimum 1 year of experience managing Meta Ads advertising campaigns. \- CRM knowledge — e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Bitrix24, or any other CRM. Responsibilities: \- Manage and optimize Meta Ads advertising campaigns weekly: adjust targeting, analyze cost per lead (CPL), conduct A/B creative testing, and pause underperforming ads. \- Support Google Ads Search activation starting from the second month. \- Conduct community management across all digital platforms. \- Manage the CRM: register leads, move pipeline through stages, and schedule automated follow-ups. \- Submit a weekly metrics report every Monday: executed investment, generated conversations, and period CPL. \- Coordinate with the content production team on the approved monthly content calendar.
