Interested candidates should send their CV to: **rrhh@grupocredco.com** or call: **993 388 175** **REQUIREMENTS**: * A duly licensed and registered professional in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a QA/QC Supervisor, Quality Inspector, or Construction Supervisor in industrial/electromechanical projects. * Solid knowledge of electromechanical systems, installation of electrical, mechanical, and piping equipment. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications. * Experience in non-conformance management and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and preparation of technical reports and QA checklists. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Electromechanical Quality Supervision:** Verify correct execution of electromechanical work, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and established quality standards. * **Technical Inspections:** Conduct inspections during equipment and electromechanical installation assembly, maintenance, testing, and commissioning phases. * **Quality Assurance and Control (QA/QC):** Implement and monitor project quality plans, procedures, and protocols. * **Non-Conformance Management:** Identify, record, and analyze non-conformances, tracking corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). * **Interdisciplinary Coordination:** Coordinate with engineering, operations, maintenance, and safety departments to ensure project execution aligned with project standards. * **Regulatory Compliance and Audits:** Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations. * **Reporting and Documentation:** Prepare technical reports, inspection reports, and QA/QC performance indicators; maintain up-to-date documentation. * **Technical Support and Continuous Improvement:** Provide technical support to operational staff and promote quality best practices and continuous improvement.
