ELEVATOR, PLATFORM, AND ESCALATOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Job Summary: Perform comprehensive maintenance of elevators, escalators, and lifting equipment, executing repairs and diagnostics to ensure optimal operation and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive maintenance of lifting equipment 2. Execution of mechanical and electronic repairs 3. Diagnosis and reporting of equipment issues \* Perform comprehensive maintenance on elevators, escalators, and other lifting equipment, complying with Quality and Safety standards. REQUIREMENTS: \_ Education: Technical graduate or degree holder in Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Machinery Maintenance, Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics/Electricity, Automation, or related fields. \_ Minimum 3 years of experience in the specialty \_ Valid driver's license class A1 \_ Preference for candidates with familiarity in operating industrial, hydraulic, and electrical machinery. \_ Age: between 25 and 35 years old RESPONSIBILITIES: \_ Perform monthly maintenance on elevators and lifting equipment and verify proper equipment operation to achieve optimal performance and customer satisfaction. \_ Execute mechanical and/or electronic repairs on elevators. \_ Preference for console operation proficiency. \_ Diagnose problems in assigned equipment per supervisor instructions to identify required replacement parts and report them to the Operations Department. \_ Report executed work and details of completed tasks to the Operations Department for maintenance activity tracking. \_ Submit reports on performed work, required spare parts, and pending tasks to monitor progress of assigned jobs. \_ Ensure and maintain order and cleanliness of the work area to meet quality standards.
