* Perform comprehensive maintenance on elevators, escalators, and other lifting equipment, complying with Quality and Safety standards. REQUIREMENTS: _ Education: Graduate Technical Specialist or holder of a degree in Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Machinery Maintenance, Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. _ 3 years of professional experience in the specialty. _ Valid Class A1 driver’s license. _ Preferred familiarity with operation of industrial, hydraulic, and electrical machinery. _ Age: between 25 and 35 years old. RESPONSIBILITIES: _ Perform monthly maintenance on elevators and lifting equipment and verify their proper functioning to ensure optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction. _ Carry out mechanical and/or electronic repairs on elevators. _ Preferred proficiency in console operation. _ Diagnose problems in assigned equipment under supervision to identify replacement parts required and report them to the Operations Department. _ Report executed work and details of activities performed to the Operations Department for maintenance activity tracking. _ Submit reports detailing completed work, required spare parts, and pending tasks to monitor progress on assigned work. _ Ensure and implement order and cleanliness in the work area to meet quality standards.
