Our company seeks to hire an Engineering Assistant with experience in valuations for a building construction project in Chorrillos. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Civil Engineering. * Minimum two years of experience performing similar duties in construction projects. * Proficiency in software relevant to the field: Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office. * Mastery of quantity take-offs, valuations, scheduling, and reporting. * Familiarity with BIM is desirable. * Preference for candidates residing in Chorrillos, San Juan de Miraflores (SJM), or Villa El Salvador (VES). * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation, submission, and follow-up of valuations until approval. * Monthly valuation of completed works according to the project budget, along with other duties inherent to the position. * Monitoring of budget execution on site. * Project progress control (daily – weekly – monthly). * Resolution of technical queries related to costs received from the Supervision team and/or subcontractors. * Support in subcontract administration and general project documentation. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Employment Type:** * Full-time Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
