Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise mechanical and electrical work, coordinate operational activities, and ensure compliance with work plans. Key Responsibilities: 1. Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical-Electrical Engineering (MANDATORY) 2\. Knowledge of blueprint reading and handling of daily reports and photographic evidence (desirable). 3\. Experience in project supervision (desirable). 4\. Leadership ability, organizational skills, and clear communication (MANDATORY). 5\. **RESIDENCE IN LIMA.** Availability to work in Lurín (MANDATORY). Monday \- Friday from 08:00 am \- 05:30 pm; Saturdays from 08:00 am \- 01:00 pm. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Control and complete daily safety forms prior to commencement of work (ATS, checklists, work permits, etc.). 2\. Assign tasks to operational staff according to the work plan. 3\. Coordinate with the Logistics Department for tool/material requisitions. 4\. Coordinate basic activities with security personnel, equipment operators, and other work fronts. 5\. Supervise mechanical and electrical work and all operational staff activities. 6\. Report daily progress, incidents, deviations, and issues to the immediate supervisor.
