Savings and Credit Cooperative requires personnel to fill the position of Financial Advisor at its Moyobamba offices. **WORK EXPERIENCE:** One year of experience in credit analysis, preferably in the financial sector. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Administration, Accounting, International Business, or related fields. **KNOWLEDGE IN:** * Credit portfolio management, * Credit risk analysis, * Credit disbursement and recovery management. **COMPETENCIES:** * Results-oriented mindset, * Teamwork, * Negotiation techniques, * Customer service, * Ability to work under pressure.
