




Job Summary: We are seeking FTTH Installation and Fault Managers to coordinate, manage, and supervise installations and fault resolution, improve processes, and monitor team productivity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for ticket execution and fault management. 2. Coordination and supervision of field crews for installations and fault resolution. 3. Process development and productivity control. We are currently looking for FTTH INSTALLATION AND FAULT MANAGERS to join our FIBRAMAX PERU family! **REQUIREMENTS:** * Responsible for executing all tickets within their area. * Currently enrolled in or graduated with a technical degree in Network Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a field crew coordinator in FTTH, HFC networks, technological equipment installation, telecommunications fault management, or external plant fiber optic deployment. * Knowledge of optical fiber cable installation processes, optical measurements, commissioning, and customer acceptance procedures for deployed networks. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Willingness to travel across Metropolitan Lima. * Availability to work both in-office and on-site. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with one rotating day off per week. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and manage assigned installations and fault resolution activities. * Improve and develop processes within the Installation and Fault Management department. * Monitor productivity of supervised personnel. * Prepare progress reports (installations), KPI tracking, and documentation of completed work. * Coordinate with structural and design teams. * Report on crew profitability. * Coordinate and supervise assigned workers regarding rational use of materials and equipment required for task execution. * Comply with and enforce established safety recommendations and measures. * Provide on-site solutions to installation incidents via action plans. * Report zones with highest effectiveness and incidence rates for installations. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. * Availability for after-hours attention when urgent or essential coordination is required by the department. **BENEFITS:** * Salary negotiable + productivity commissions. * MYPE payroll registration from day one. * Career development path and training programs.
