Company Description At Konecranes, we continue to grow, and this time we are seeking a **General Contract Administrator**, whose mission will be: To coordinate, direct, and supervise the management and personnel of the company’s service contracts; to serve as the primary technical and administrative liaison between the Area Management and all of the company’s service contracts. Job Description **Main Responsibilities:** * Efficiently and effectively coordinate resources to achieve objectives with maximum productivity. * Plan, direct, control, and evaluate the activities of each contract, in accordance with the company’s established objectives, policies, and guidelines. * Channel all contract requirements to the Services Management. * Submit an annual work plan based on the goals and objectives set by Management; conduct quarterly reviews. * Technically analyze (in conjunction with the economic evaluation by the Services Controller) quotations and tenders issued by the Department (based on their size), and jointly sign off on their submission with Management. * Collaborate with the Human Resources department to develop training plans for all personnel within the Services area. * Identify operational and administrative deficiencies in contracts and propose corrective actions. * Other duties pertinent to the position. Requirements **What Are We Looking For?** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, etc. (Verifiable) * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles, both in field operations (sites) and office environments. * Valid driver’s license. * Physical fitness appropriate for the position. * Mining industry experience (mandatory) * Proficiency in spoken and written English.
