Job Posting: **General Maintenance Technician** **Salary:** S/ 1,500\.00 per month (Formal employment with statutory benefits) **Job Description:** An industrial hardware company is seeking a responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented **Maintenance Technician** to join its General Services team. The primary objective is to ensure the proper condition of facilities through preventive and corrective maintenance. **Requirements:** **Education:** Completed technical studies in Electricity, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in similar positions (building, office, or company maintenance). **Solid knowledge in:** * Basic electricity (electrical panels, lighting fixtures). * Plumbing (pipe repair, faucets, sanitary fixtures). * Carpentry and painting (patching, finishing, furniture, etc.). * General maintenance (locksmithing and others). **Mandatory documentation:** * Valid DNI. * Updated CV with work references. * Unique Labor Certificate (CERTIJOVEN or CERTIADULTO). **We offer:** * **Salary:** S/ 1,500\.00 on payroll from day one. * **Benefits:** All statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, vacations, social security, life insurance per law). * **Lunch:** 90% covered. * **Job stability:** Contract with renewal possibility based on performance. * **Work environment:** Necessary equipment and a positive workplace atmosphere. **Employment details:** * **Position type:** Full-time. * **Work modality:** On-site. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday and Saturdays, 48 hours per week.
