Positive work environment **General Services Assistant – Industrial Plant** At Water Partners Perú, we are seeking a **General Services Assistant** to ensure the proper condition and operationality of our facilities, providing support in minor maintenance, basic repairs, and internal logistical assistance. Main Responsibilities: * Preventive and corrective maintenance of lighting fixtures (bulb, fluorescent tube, and LED panel replacement). * Repair and replacement of electrical outlets, switches, and electrical panels. * Execution of basic plumbing tasks (leak repairs, pipe work, toilets, water traps). * Painting, wall patching, and minor infrastructure repairs. * Locksmith adjustments, lock replacement, and door maintenance. * Repair, assembly, and maintenance of office and plant furniture. * Tool, material, and hardware supply inventory control. * Assistance in transporting equipment, materials, and tools. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * Technical training in Mechanics, Electricity, or related fields is desirable. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in building maintenance, general services, or construction assistant roles. * Proficiency with manual and electric tools (drill, angle grinder, basic multimeter). * Basic MS Office skills for reporting. * Electrical risk prevention certification is desirable.
