Job Summary: We are seeking a General Services Assistant to execute administrative processes, manage procurement, and coordinate with suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of general services and maintenance At Imagina, we are looking for a General Services Assistant. The main responsibilities are: * Execute and monitor departmental administrative processes in accordance with established policies to ensure timely internal management support. * Manage the procurement of materials, supplies, and office stationery according to internal requests to guarantee resource availability. * Maintain up-to-date records and control of administrative and supplier documents per internal guidelines to facilitate management and traceability. * Coordinate with general services and maintenance providers as directed by the immediate supervisor to ensure operational continuity. * Support supervision of proper equipment, facility, and warehouse usage in compliance with internal regulations to contribute to asset and operational safety. Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. * Technical degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Experience in inventory control and supplier management.
