Job Summary: We are seeking a General Services Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, renovations, and inventory management, ensuring facility safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities. 2. Repair electrical, plumbing, furniture, and structural issues. 3. Assist in furniture relocation and supervise external technicians. We are looking for the best talent for the position of GENERAL SERVICES TECHNICIAN. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities. * Repair electrical issues, basic plumbing, furniture, and structural problems. * Carry out painting, finishing, and minor renovation work. * Manage inventories of tools and materials. * Assist in furniture relocation and supervise external technicians. * Ensure facility safety and compliance with regulations. * Respond to emergencies and provide support during events and general tasks.
