We are currently seeking an **OT MANAGER / SUPERVISION** professional with solid experience in the comprehensive management of **multifamily building projects**, particularly medium- and large-scale residential buildings involving specialty coordination and technical construction control. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and control the technical development of the project during pre-construction and construction phases. * Review, validate, and control drawings, calculation reports, technical specifications, and RFI documents. * Lead the Technical Office (OT) in managing changes, design coordination, and document control. * Supervise technical construction control, ensuring proper execution in accordance with design, current regulations, and project standards. * Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure correct integration of specialties (Structures, Architecture, Sanitary Installations, Electrical and Mechanical Systems). * Manage progress billing, quantity take-offs, change orders, and technical deviation control. * Verify compliance with quality, safety, and technical procedure standards. * Report progress, interferences, and deviations to Project Management. **Requirements:** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer. * Minimum 8 years of general experience in technical construction supervision or Technical Office roles. * Proven experience in multifamily building projects. * Knowledge of project management, planning, and construction control. * Familiarity with current building regulations. * Leadership, coordination, and effective communication skills. **We Offer:** * Positive work environment. * Professional development opportunities. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Employment type: Full-time. * Work modality: On-site.
