




We are currently looking for a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT to work on-site at our offices in LA MOLINA Requirements: 1\. Bachelor's degree or technical degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields. 2\. Postgraduate diploma or complementary training courses in HR. 3\. Immediate availability to start work. 4\. Two years of experience in the Human Resources department (preferably in service companies) Responsibilities: 1\. Personnel administration: Attendance tracking, management and custody of personal files, contract administration, insurance administration (SCTR, VIDA LEY). 2\. Internal communication with employees (operational staff): inductions, terminations, handling labor issues, group meetings. 3\. Manage social welfare activities, ssoma, Medical Evaluations, and coordination of medical referrals. 4\. Monitor new employee onboarding and ensure proper accreditation to units. 5\. Support the administrative department in tasks such as registration enrollment and termination, among others. Working conditions: Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm \- Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Position type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site position
