




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate and support operations and administrative processes, managing resources and documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Resource management and infrastructure monitoring **WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS POSITION:** * Technical or university degree in Business Administration and/or Industrial Administration * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar administrative roles. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of administrative processes and operational support. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and coordination ability. **SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES YOU WILL CARRY OUT:** * Manage office supplies and cafeteria consumables. * Monitor overtime hours, absences, and suspensions. * Organize and archive administrative documentation. * Issue service requests and payment orders. * Coordinate human resource management activities. * Coordinate medical examinations, training sessions, and safety activities. * Monitor infrastructure maintenance. * Manage petty cash. * Coordinate with accounting for the registration and submission of purchase and sales invoices. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,600.00 – S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
