The purpose of this role is to comprehensively execute the brands’ technical training plan by designing, developing, and delivering training programs targeted at the dealer network, ensuring accurate transfer of technical knowledge and skills. Guarantee that training content aligns with manufacturer and importer standards, contributing to strengthening technical competencies in diagnosis, maintenance, and repair. Promote continuous improvement through ongoing updates to training materials, integration of new technologies and teaching methodologies, and post-training technical support—positively impacting service quality, operational efficiency, and end-customer satisfaction. **What You’ll Do** * Execute the brands’ technical training plan by delivering theoretical and practical courses in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and dealer network requirements. * Design, adapt, and update training content (presentations, guides, assessments, and instructional materials), ensuring alignment with current technical standards. * Prepare and deliver technical training sessions in response to specific requests from Sales and After-sales departments, considering product launches, new technologies, or operational needs. * Fulfill the annual training plan defined by the Training Department, coordinated with manufacturer guidelines, technical and commercial management. * Evaluate participants’ performance and learning levels using theoretical and practical assessment tools, ensuring proper certification of competencies. * Provide post-training technical support to the dealer network, resolving inquiries and reinforcing knowledge in the field when required. * Maintain training equipment, tools, training vehicles, and instructional resources in updated and optimal condition. * Ensure smooth operation of the training center, managing order, resource availability, safety, and compliance with technical standards. * Incorporate new technologies, teaching methodologies, and best training practices to support continuous improvement of the training process. * Coordinate with internal departments (technical, commercial, warranty, product) to identify knowledge gaps and propose training solutions. * Monitor training metrics (attendance, pass rates, satisfaction, impact on technical performance), generating reports and improvement proposals. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, especially during interventions involving electrical systems and high-voltage technologies. **About You** To succeed in this role, you must have: * Technical or university education in Automotive Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * 3–5 years of experience in automotive diagnosis and repair. * 3–5 years of experience as a trainer or facilitator. * Proficiency in diagnostic tools and manufacturer manual interpretation. * Knowledge of vehicle electronic systems and networks (CAN Bus, advanced diagnostics). * Knowledge of electric and hybrid vehicle technologies (desirable). * Knowledge of and ability to apply safety regulations (especially high-voltage safety). **Start Your Journey** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility—and we invite you to do it with us.
