Join RUMI! **REQUIREMENTS** * Licensed Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position (e.g., Technical Office Head, Cost Manager, etc.) * Experience in building project control, preparation of target budgets and baseline schedules, cost control, and scheduling * Knowledge of valuations and invoicing * Postgraduate diploma in Costs and Budgeting (desirable) * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office * Familiarity with S10 Budget Module * Familiarity with SAP * Knowledge of Earned Value Management * Knowledge of operational reporting **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare, review, and control target budgets and baseline schedules for projects * Supervise and coordinate the cost team and on-site technical offices * Monitor project execution costs and schedules * Track invoicing and valuation processes * Close and award contracts with contractors * Prepare and present operational reports to the Project Management and General Management departments * Monitor KPIs, physical progress, and baseline schedules * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor *IMPORTANT: PLEASE ANSWER THE FILTER QUESTIONS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS APPLICATION* ***At Rumi, we promote gender and ethnic diversity, and inclusion of persons with disabilities and/or diverse abilities through equal opportunities for all applicants at every stage of the hiring process***.
