Job Summary: JHS Medical is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate, supervise, and implement furniture equipment across projects, ensuring quality and on-time delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive project monitoring using KPIs On behalf of our client JHS Medical — a market-leading company with 50 years of experience in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of medical, office, and educational furniture — we are seeking the best candidate for the position of PROJECT MANAGER. Responsibilities: * Responsible for coordinating, developing, supervising, and implementing furniture equipment for each project. * Define objectives, timelines, and resources required for project execution. * Coordinate Revit-based design development for projects under BIM environments. * Conduct final technical reviews prior to production commencement. * Verify compliance with quality standards for furniture in each project before client delivery. * Monitor overall progress of assigned projects using key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality requirements. * Hold meetings with relevant departments as needed to resolve queries and implement improvements. Resolve project-related issues. * Make strategic decisions and foster effective collaboration within the project team to ensure project success. * Track and monitor observations. * Weekly production follow-up and other duties as assigned by management. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or Biological Engineering. * Proficiency in BIM software. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager. * Additional training in project management. * Prior experience in metal-mechanical companies preferred. Benefits: Direct payroll enrollment with a small-to-medium enterprise (SME) from day one. Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Saturdays: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM Salary: S/3000 Work Location: Miraflores, with availability to travel to the production plant in Comas.
