Training in customer service and attraction management We are looking for a **Joy Hostess** for our location at **Plaza el Agustino, El Agustino**. You will be responsible for delivering warm and safe service to customers, ensuring unforgettable experiences for children and their families, as well as supporting the branch's commercial goals. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and assist customers with kindness and willingness. * Supervise and care for children within the facility. * Maintain cleanliness, order, and good condition of attractions and spaces. * Support content creation (photos and videos) for commercial purposes. * Inform about and sell company services. * Process payments and assist with cash handling. * Achieve the branch's commercial goals. * Assist with administrative tasks in the office area. * Follow instructions from supervisors. * Collaborate in the care and maintenance of the playroom. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (**technical or university studies in progress preferred**). * Experience in customer service, sales, or child supervision (**preferred**). * Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and proactive attitude. * Enthusiasm for working with children and in teams. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a growing company. * Training in customer service and attraction management. * Positive work environment and career development opportunities. * Ongoing training.
