Ongoing training in customer service and attraction management We are looking for a **Joy Hostess** at our location in **San Martin de Porres, adjacent to the hypermarket \- Precio Uno**. You will be responsible for delivering warm and safe service to customers, guaranteeing unforgettable experiences for children and their families, as well as supporting the branch's business goals. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and assist customers with kindness and willingness. * Supervise and care for children within the facility. * Maintain cleanliness, order, and good condition of attractions and spaces. * Support content creation (photos and videos) for commercial purposes. * Inform customers about and sell company services. * Handle cash transactions and support cashier operations. * Achieve the branch's business goals. * Assist with administrative tasks in the office area. * Follow instructions from supervisors. * Collaborate in the care and maintenance of the play area. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (**technical or university studies in progress preferred**). * Experience in customer service, sales, or child supervision (**preferred**). * Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and proactive attitude. * Enthusiasm for working with children and as part of a team. * Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a growing company. * Training in customer service and attraction management. * Positive work environment and opportunities for development. * Ongoing training.
