




Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to support the department head, manage requirements, purchase orders, and material procurement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support to the Logistics Manager and internal requirement management. 2. Purchase order and supplier monitoring and control. 3. Timely supply of materials and PPEs. We are looking for a **LOGISTICS ASSISTANT** to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed technical and/or university studies in administration, logistics, industrial engineering, or mechanical engineering. * Minimum 6 months of experience in logistics. * Logistics or warehouse training is desirable. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Availability to work in Lima (San Borja), with occasional travel to the mining unit as required. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide support to the Logistics Manager. * Address and track requirements from other departments, and inform requesters of their status. * Issue, monitor, and track purchase orders. * Update and maintain records of company-approved suppliers. * Receive and verify supplier invoices against purchase orders. * Assist in scheduled inventory tracking or execution. * Prepare and distribute PPEs to staff according to assigned services. * Procure materials, equipment, tools, PPEs, office supplies, etc. * Ensure timely supply of office cleaning supplies. * Perform other duties as assigned. **CONDITIONS:** * Monthly salary payments. * Meals: 100% breakfast and lunch. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday.
