Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Maintenance Officer to perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on metalworking machines and tools. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in maintenance of metalworking machines and tools. 2. Knowledge of industrial electricity and blueprint reading. 3. Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. We are a metalworking company manufacturing equipment and machinery for various industrial sectors, primarily focused on Mining, Agro-industry, and Steel industries. Currently, we are seeking 1 **TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE OFFICER** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2 years of work experience in roles related to this position for technical professionals. * Experience in maintenance of metalworking machines and tools. * Knowledge of industrial electricity. Ability to read and interpret electrical, electronic, and mechanical blueprints. * Availability to work in the Ate District – Alt. Paradero Tagore. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance according to the established plan, minimizing downtime and extending equipment service life. * Verify proper operation of the company’s machines, equipment, and tools. * Record all interventions, detailing diagnosis, corrective actions, spare parts used, and response time. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * **Formal employment contract from day one with all statutory benefits.** * **Salary: PEN 2,100 to PEN 2,550.** * **Additional mobility bonus of PEN 10 per day worked.** * Opportunity to join a growing organization and develop your career alongside it. * Overtime pay in accordance with applicable law. * Working hours: Monday to Friday (7:00 AM to 4:20 PM) and Saturday (7:00 AM to 12:00 PM).
