Job Summary: We are seeking an Early Collections Manager to handle early-stage delinquent portfolios, ensuring portfolio health and customer retention through active listening and negotiation. Ensuring strong portfolio health and retaining as many customers as possible within the segment. Requirements: * Technical professional in electricity, electronics, or refrigeration—or related technical fields. * Two years of experience in infrastructure maintenance, residential electricity, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, etc. * Availability for occasional night shifts during store implementations is desirable. * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM. Responsibilities: * Diagnose faults and repair electronic and electrical circuits, including analog and digital components. * Perform preventive maintenance on air conditioning units and air curtains to ensure optimal operation of stores and offices. * Carry out corrective maintenance on illuminated signage boards in stores and offices. * Knowledge of CCTV (closed-circuit television) configuration and installation, as well as magnetic detection antennas.
