




Job Summary: Maintenance technician with experience in mobile and underground mining equipment, responsible for executing and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, inspecting equipment, and identifying improvements. Identification of improvements in systems and processes Responsibilities: * Perform maintenance activities according to respective work orders. * Comply with the established daily and weekly maintenance schedule for equipment. * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with established procedures. * Complete executed work orders. Inspect the functional status of equipment according to the inspection plan and operational requirements. * Request spare parts in case of emergency. * Identify the root cause of equipment failures or deficiencies. * Detect deficiencies or opportunities for improvement in operational systems and processes. * Coordinate equipment removal for maintenance and repairs. * Maintain a basic inventory record of commonly used spare parts (e.g., cutting discs, valves, etc.). * Maintain a minimum stock of spare parts for daily use. * Operate and park equipment in compliance with established safety standards, if required. * Assess risk conditions in blasting zones. * Report hazardous situations to the relevant supervisor. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile equipment maintenance, including reading and interpreting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams. * Minimum 1 year of experience in underground mining equipment maintenance (UBT/UBS). * Technical degree in automotive mechanics, industrial electricity, maintenance electrician, heavy equipment maintenance, automotive mechatronics, or related fields. * Desired knowledge in diesel mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and electronics. * Desired knowledge in equipment maintenance programs.
