Job Summary: Automotive technical professional or related field to perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on factory trucks, ensuring their proper operation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Mobile equipment and factory truck maintenance 2. Fault detection and resolution in equipment 3. Maintenance coordination and spare parts management ###### **Mission or Objective: Perform maintenance activities according to defined quality and productivity standards to ensure the proper operation of factory trucks.** Responsibilities: * Carry out maintenance activities using the corresponding work orders. * Comply with the established daily and weekly maintenance schedule for equipment. * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with established procedures. * Complete executed work orders. * Inspect the functional status of equipment according to the inspection plan and operational requirements. * Request spare parts in case of emergency. * Identify the root cause of equipment failures or deficiencies. * Detect deficiencies or opportunities for improvement in operational systems and processes. * Coordinate equipment removal for maintenance and repairs. * Maintain a basic inventory record of daily-use spare parts (e.g., brake discs, valves, etc.). * Maintain a minimum stock of daily-use spare parts. * Operate and park equipment in compliance with established safety regulations, if required. * Assess risk conditions in the blasting zone. * Report hazardous situations to the respective supervisor. Requirements: * Automotive mechanics technician, industrial electricity, maintenance electrician, heavy equipment maintenance, automotive mechatronics, and/or related fields. * At least 2 years of experience in mobile equipment maintenance, and ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams. * At least 1 year of experience performing maintenance on factory trucks. * Diesel, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic mechanics. * Driver's license Class AIIB is desirable.
