Position Summary: We are seeking a BIM Modeler - MEP with expertise in Revit and Navisworks for infrastructure projects, responsible for detailed modeling, clash detection, and deliverable production. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks Manage 2. Detailed modeling for MEP services 3. BIM clash detection and resolution A skilled BIM \- MEP modeler with detailed engineering training is required. Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks Manage for infrastructure projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * BIM MEP Modeling * Interpretation of architectural and construction design / ability to generate construction drawings and quantity takeoffs based on the BIM model * Preparation of DD packages, CD packages, and shop drawings * Detailed modeling for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems * Creation and editing of Revit MEP families with parameters * Clash detection and resolution using Navisworks Manage * Project setup in Revit MEP * Production of sections, 3D views, detail views, annotations, schedules, templates, and title sheets * Providing periodic updates **Required Skills and Tools:** * Proficiency in Revit (mandatory) * Navisworks management (mandatory) * AutoCAD Preferably residing in the northern cone of Lima Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.5,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What are your salary expectations? * Where do you reside? * Please indicate your availability Work Location: Hybrid in Puente Piedra, Lima
