Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or graduate with experience as a BIM Modeler to develop and model information according to discipline, ensuring deliverable quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and model information according to discipline 2. Ensure deliverable quality and coordination with disciplines 3. Use and create families/types as required by the project Required Profile: \- Bachelor's degree or graduate in Civil Engineering. \- Minimum 2 years of experience as a BIM Modeler. Knowledge Requirements: \- Familiarity with ISO 19650 and the National BIM Guide. \- Certification in BIM modeling courses. \- Proficiency in Revit. \- Proficiency in Navisworks. \- Proficiency in AutoCAD. \- Proficiency in MS Project. Main Responsibilities: \- Develop Information Models according to discipline. \- Model and input required information into models or model elements as specified by the Required Level of Information. \- Use and create new families/types according to project requirements, following the BIM Execution Plan (BEP). \- Ensure deliverable quality while maintaining coordination with various disciplines.
