Coordinate with disciplines and detect clashes **WE ARE LOOKING FOR!** **BIM MEP MODELER** An engineering and construction company is seeking a BIM MEP Modeler to join our technical team and participate in the development of public hospital and school projects. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering minimum * Autodesk BIM / Revit certifications **Working Hours and Modality** * Monday to Friday, 8 A.M. to 6 P.M. * Saturday, 8 A.M. to 1 P.M. * On-site modality, Lima. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and update BIM models in Revit. * Prepare electrical, sanitary, and mechanical installation drawings. * Perform quantity take-offs and prepare related documentation. * Generate construction details and technical documentation. * Coordinate with disciplines and detect clashes. **Send CV to:** convocatoria@atsconstructora.com Work Location: On-site employment
