We are currently seeking an Architectural Designer to join our team. Applicants must have a MINIMUM OF 03 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in developing conceptual designs and architectural projects for multifamily buildings. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design and development of architectural projects for multifamily buildings at the conceptual and final project stages, using REVIT software. * Other duties as assigned within the office. REQUIREMENTS: * Advanced proficiency in Revit (mandatory) — experience working with central models, creating filters, parameters, and families. * Thorough knowledge of Peru’s National Building Code (RNE) (highly important) and municipal ordinances. * Minimum of 03 years’ experience in architectural design of multifamily buildings. SKILLS: * Creative, proactive, and committed to work. * High degree of honesty and punctuality. * Strong communication skills at all levels.
