We are currently seeking a Project Architect to join our team. Applicants must have a MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPING SCHEMATIC AND CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design and development of architectural projects for multifamily residential buildings at schematic and construction document levels, using REVIT. * Other duties as assigned in the office. REQUIREMENTS: * Advanced proficiency in Revit (mandatory) \- experience working with central models, creating filters, parameters, and families. * Thorough knowledge of the Peruvian National Building Code (RNE) (highly important) and municipal ordinances. * Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design of multifamily residential buildings. SKILLS: * Creative, proactive, and committed to work. * High level of integrity and punctuality. * Strong communication skills at all levels.
