Requirements Experience in one or more of the following specialties: \- Drywall installation and finishing. \- Interior and exterior painting. \- Basic electrical installations. \- Construction and civil works. \- Metal structures and basic welding (desirable). For assistants: basic knowledge or ongoing technical studies. Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. Ability to work in a team. Availability for fieldwork. Functions: \- Execution of drywall, painting, and finishing tasks. \- Support in electrical installations and general maintenance. \- Support in civil construction and environmental renovation tasks. \- Proper use of assigned tools and equipment. \- Compliance with safety procedures and use of PPE. \- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area.
