Main Responsibilities: * Conduct on-site **quotations for materials, equipment, and supplies** required by the company. * Carry out **procurement and coordination with suppliers**. * Provide **support in office administrative tasks**. * Other duties related to the position. Requirements: * Completed secondary education or technical studies in administration or related fields. * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in similar positions (preferred). * Basic knowledge of quotations and procurement. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Responsible, organized, and proactive individual. * Availability to conduct procedures and purchases outside the office.
