Job Summary: We are seeking Operations Assistants with experience in last-mile delivery to perform tracking, registration, data updating, and operational coordination tasks. Key Highlights: 1. REQUIREMENTS: * Technical or university graduates in Administration, International Trade, International Business, or related fields. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and other Office tools. * Strong organizational skills, proactivity, problem-solving ability, and office tool proficiency. * Experience in personnel management. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM \- 5:00 PM. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Load, unload, and track documents. * Verify completion of assigned tasks, delivery timelines, and document status during distribution. * Record delivery outcomes, ensuring no errors occur. * Update databases, enter data into systems, manage files, and generate reports. * Ensure operational resources, coordinate routes, and provide support to distribution staff.
