Control of working hours, performance, and activity execution **CONCRELAB & MIX – SEEKING OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR** We are currently seeking an Operations / Production Supervisor responsible for ensuring control, monitoring, and correct execution of all operational and administrative activities of the company. **\-Professional Profile** Professional or technical graduate in: Civil Engineering Industrial Engineering Administration Related technical careers with experience in similar positions **\-Job Objective** Guarantee order, compliance, and transparency in processes through continuous monitoring and timely reporting to management. **Main Responsibilities** \- Continuously supervise production and office staff activities \- Report progress, incidents, and task completion in real time \- Prepare detailed daily reports (operational and personnel) \- Control working hours, performance, and activity execution \- Verify processes at the plant, dispatch, and customer service \- Identify and communicate any deviations or irregularities \- Coordinate directly with management **Key Requirements** ✔ Integrity, reliability, and strong sense of responsibility ✔ Experience supervising operational staff ✔ Ability to monitor, track, and report consistently ✔ Judgment to identify incidents and take appropriate action ✔ Firm character to enforce established procedures **Responsibilities** Keep management informed about operational developments Report incidents immediately Submit structured and comprehensive daily reports Ensure compliance with established procedures **Conditions** \- On-site work – Lima \- Immediate availability \- Salary commensurate with profile **Interested candidates should send their CV via WhatsApp to 999 436 259** Salary: S/.1,250\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
