Job Summary: We are seeking an active, communicative, and responsible Operations Supervisor to manage, supervise, and train staff in cleaning services across various areas of Lima. Key Responsibilities: 1. Optimally manages and supervises cleaning services. 2. Trains staff on cleaning procedures and techniques. 3. Controls inventories and prepares personnel reports. **We are looking for an Operations Supervisor! for various areas of Lima** **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in the cleaning field * Knowledge of office, club, hotel, and shopping center cleaning * Active, communicative, and responsible individual * Knowledge of activity planning and cleaning service control **Responsibilities:** * Ensure optimal operation of the entity's cleaning services. * Supervise cleaning areas before and after cleaning processes. * Train assigned staff on cleaning procedures, techniques, and proper use of related equipment. * Maintain control and inventory of uniforms, cleaning products, and assigned supplies. * Prepare reports on actions performed by supervised personnel for management review. * Perform any other duties necessary to fulfill the position's mission. * Report incidents to the Operations Department. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM **We Offer:** * Full-time employment with 100% statutory benefits * Mobility bonus Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Please indicate your salary expectations. * In which district do you reside? * Please provide your current phone number.
