




Job Summary: Responsible for comprehensive equipment management, preventive/corrective maintenance, and regulatory compliance across both UNSTOP locations. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for training and fieldwork **Job Objective** Assess the actual condition of equipment at both locations; establish an operational foundation for managing preventive and corrective maintenance; ensure staff use and maintain equipment properly; and keep UNSTOP’s legal and regulatory documentation organized and up to date. **Main Responsibilities** ***Regulatory Compliance Matrix (Licenses and Permits)*** * Compile and maintain an updated regulatory compliance matrix for both locations: operating license, Civil Defense certificate, health permits, insurance policies, lease agreements, and other regulatory documentation. * Record each document in Excel with issuance date, expiration date, renewal responsible person, and status (valid / expiring soon / expired). * Proactively alert the Center Manager about documents approaching expiration to ensure timely renewal. * Archive digital copies of all valid documents, organized and easily accessible. ***Inventory and Suppliers*** * Compile a complete equipment inventory (Sai Site and Mira Site): type, brand, condition, age, location. * Compile a list of maintenance and spare parts suppliers. * Request and consolidate supplier quotations. ***Maintenance Plan*** * Develop a preventive and corrective maintenance plan (frequency, responsible person, equipment-specific checklist). * Conduct periodic visits to both locations to verify equipment condition and plan implementation. ***Training*** * Design basic equipment usage and care training for operational staff (physiotherapists, receptionists). * Deliver the training at both locations. * Maintain records/evidence of completed training. **Expected Deliverables** * Updated regulatory compliance matrix (licenses and permits), including expiration dates * Equipment inventory (both locations) * Supplier database with quotations * Preventive/corrective maintenance plan * Visit reports for both locations * Training materials and evidence of delivered training **Required Profile** * Student or graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field, with knowledge of equipment and facility/office maintenance. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Organizational skills and ability to perform fieldwork at both locations. * Ability to clearly explain and train non-technical staff.
