Responsibilities of the Law Intern – Civil Liability Area: – Support the assigned claims adjuster in collecting information related to claims. – Participate in reviewing supporting documentation for claim evaluation. – Assist the assigned claims adjuster in drafting reports and case documentation. – Develop and update the area’s process map. – Coordinate delivery of deliverables and billing of professional fees. – Prepare and update client progress reports. – Prepare internal reports and monitor area performance indicators. – Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
