Responsibilities of the Law Intern – Civil Liability Area. \- Support the assigned claims adjuster in collecting information related to claims. \- Participate in reviewing supporting documentation for claim evaluation. \- Assist the assigned claims adjuster in drafting reports and case documentation. \- Develop and update the area's process map. \- Coordinate delivery of deliverables and billing of fees. \- Prepare and update client status reports. \- Prepare internal reports and monitor area KPIs. \- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
