




Job Summary: Provide administrative and technical support to the Legal Department, coordinating procedures and maintaining the legalization system up to date. Key Highlights: 1. Job Objective** Provide administrative and technical support to the Legal Department, carrying out external procedures between the office, notaries, and public or private entities as required by the department. Coordinate legal and administrative procedures, ensuring their timely completion. Maintain the Back Office legalization system up to date, guaranteeing order, filing, and availability of documentation for proper file and process management. **2\. Main Responsibilities** * Maintain updated physical and digital archives of legal files. * Carry out procedures before notaries, public registries, courts, and other entities. * Coordinate and monitor ongoing judicial and administrative processes. * Ensure confidentiality of the organization’s legal information. * Deliver legalized documents to members at the office. **3\. Job Requirements** **Education:** Completed secondary education; incomplete or ongoing higher education studies. **Knowledge:** · Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office). · Legal writing. · Administrative and judicial procedures. · Management of legal files. · Labor, civil, and commercial regulations (according to the company’s business sector). **4\. Experience:** · No prior experience required. · Intermediate–advanced Excel skills (mandatory). **5\. Job Conditions** · Working hours: 48 hours per week, Monday to Saturday. · Work modality: Hybrid—Office in Surquillo. · Benefits: Formal employment under MYPE payroll. · Salary: 1300 soles.
