Coordination to achieve project objectives **PRODUCTION ENGINEER – LURÍN** **Construction-sector company** is seeking a **Production Engineer** to join our team. **JOB MISSION** Responsible for developing and optimizing processes and activities, ensuring compliance with the technical parameters established in the project documentation. **REQUIREMENTS** **Academic Qualification** * Civil Engineer. **Educational Level** * Licensed professional (registered with the professional association). * Minimum **2 years of post-licensure experience**. **Experience** * Minimum **3 years of verifiable experience** in roles such as: * Production Engineer. * Production Supervisor. * Site Manager. * **Experience in building construction: MANDATORY.** **Knowledge** * Familiarity with the **Lean Construction** methodology and the **ERP S10** system. * Postgraduate studies related to the construction sector. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD 2D**. * User-level proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Review and interpret the contract, technical documentation, technical specifications, budgets, and project drawings. * Prepare and monitor the construction schedule. * Identify resources, requirements, constraints, and obstacles, implementing timely solutions. * Review and apply technical specifications on site. * Prepare and interpret construction details for execution. * Monitor physical progress and productivity of the construction project. * Supervise on-site execution of tasks by foremen and work crews. * Monitor key materials and resources used on site. * Conduct production control and monitoring using performance indicators and productivity curves. * Coordinate with the Site Management Office and Technical Office to ensure achievement of project objectives. . **JOIN OUR TEAM AND GROW WITH US.** Workplace: On-site employment
