Currently, we are seeking a: **Nursery Production Supervisor** ### **Responsibilities** **Your impact on our team:** Direct and control nursery production activities for blueberries, clonal avocados, cherries, etc., through correct and timely execution of weekly work programs developed and approved jointly with the Nursery Management; ensuring production of healthy, uniform, high-standard quality plants within approved budgets. **What will you do in this role?** * Execute nursery work programs. * Coordinate and ensure appropriate personnel for execution of weekly tasks. * In coordination with Health and Fertigation Supervisors, ensure proper implementation of corresponding programs. * Ensure compliance with procedures, protocols, traceability, and biosecurity. ### **Requirements** **The experience we seek:** * Degree in Agricultural Engineering or Diploma in Agricultural Technology. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions involving fieldwork in nurseries. * Experience in fruit tree management. * Motorcycle driver’s license.
