Position Summary: INVERSIONES XIMADIJO SAC seeks accounting and valuation professionals to provide forensic accounting and asset valuation services in compliance with applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform technical analysis of financial statements and accounting records. 2. Issue expert reports with well-supported and auditable conclusions. 3. Conduct asset valuations using recognized methodologies and technical backing. **INVERSIONES XIMADIJO SAC** invites specialized professionals in **accounting and valuation** to deliver **forensic accounting and asset valuation services**, in accordance with the **Civil Code, General Corporations Law, IFRS/IFRS, Peruvian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (PCGE), and SUNAT regulations**. **Service Objective:** * Perform technical analysis of financial statements and accounting records. * Issue expert reports with well-supported and auditable conclusions. * Conduct valuations of movable assets, real estate, and company assets using recognized methodologies and technical backing. * Submit a consolidated report integrating accounting findings and asset valuations. **Applicant Requirements:** * Licensed Certified Public Accountant. * Accreditation as a **Certified Appraiser**, registered in the Judicial Experts Registry or equivalent. * Minimum 1 year of experience in auditing, forensic accounting, and asset valuation. * Up-to-date knowledge of IFRS/IFRS and Peruvian tax regulations. * Verifiable references from similar assignments. **Required Documentation:** * Documented Curriculum Vitae. * Copy of current professional license and registration. * Appraiser certification. * Technical and economic proposal. * Sworn statement of independence and absence of conflict of interest. **Submission Deadline:** Until 04/17/2026, at the company’s offices or via official corporate email. **Evaluation and Award Process:** Selection will be based on experience, regulatory compliance, and economic proposal, with the corresponding minutes issued for transparency and recordkeeping.
