Opportunity for growth and development Our company, Diar Ingenieros S.A., is looking for a ***Project Controller*** for our headquarters, requiring a high degree of autonomy and technical-financial judgment to lead project economic control and provide strategic decision-making support to Management. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Controller, Project Controls Engineer, or equivalent role, performing economic-financial project control within construction, installation, EPC, or technical services companies, with direct responsibility for margins, forecasts, and results. * Solid knowledge and practical experience in cost control, cash flow management, valuations, EAC/ETC, and project profitability. * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Advanced Excel (mandatory), oriented toward financial modeling and control. * Power BI and/or ERP (SAP, S10 or others) proficiency desirable. * Availability to work in Santiago de Surco. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead comprehensive economic-financial project control. * Analyze physical progress versus actual economic progress and revenue recognition based on progress. * Monitor actual costs versus approved budget and alert on variances. * Prepare and update EAC, ETC, projected margin, and project-level and consolidated cash flows. * Forecast cash scenarios and anticipate financial risks (30–60 days). * Prepare executive reports for Management. * Coordinate directly with Project Managers regarding forecasts, productivity, change orders, and risks. **BENEFITS** * Market-competitive salary paid via payroll, including all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, social security, mandatory life insurance, family allowance). * EPS (Optional). * Opportunity for growth and development. * Profit-sharing.
