




We are **Leven Grupo Inmobiliario**, and we are looking for a **PROJECT COORDINATOR** to join our team. **Position Objective:** * Manage and coordinate real estate projects across all stages * Pre-design, pre-sales, construction, post-sales, closing, and regularization * Ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards, as well as effective communication among involved departments. **Main Responsibilities:** * Oversee projects comprehensively from initiation through to closure. * Coordinate with site supervisors, technical offices, designers, suppliers, and contractors. * Manage technical requirements, quotations, purchase orders, and contracts. * Track valuations, payment status, and cost control. * Identify risks and propose timely solutions. * Prepare progress reports and coordinate post-sales activities and warranties. * Handle municipal procedures and project documentation. **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related fields. * 2–4 years of experience in real estate or construction projects. **Knowledge:** * Ability to read blueprints and understand construction processes. * Intermediate/advanced Excel. * Word and PowerPoint. * Preferred: MS Project and AutoCAD. **Competencies:** * Proactivity and sense of urgency. * Organization, follow-up ability, and results orientation. * Problem-solving skills, clear communication, and ability to work under pressure. * Responsibility and commitment.
