Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced leader to ensure compliance with regulations and processes in construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead technical, operational, and financial control of construction projects. 2. Ensure schedule compliance using Lean Construction methodologies. 3. Guarantee Quality (ISO 9001) and SSOMA standards. **What We Are Looking For:** A proactive and experienced leader to ensure compliance with regulations and processes outlined in the company's Construction Manual. **Requirements** * Degree holder / Licensed Civil Engineer with specialization in Project Management (PMI), Lean Construction, Construction Risk Management, PMO, and SSOMA. * Master's degree in Construction Management (preferred). * Minimum 12 years of post-licensure experience in roles such as Site Manager, Construction Supervisor, or Construction Manager. * Certifications: Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001\) and Quality Management in Construction. * Experience in building projects, corporate renovations, structural reinforcements in industrial plants, and complex installations (MEP and Fire Protection Systems). * Proficiency in S10, MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and BIM environment reading (Revit). **Responsibilities** * Lead technical, operational, and financial control of the construction project. * Ensure schedule compliance using Lean Construction tools (constraint management and PPC). * Guarantee adherence to Quality (ISO 9001\) and SSOMA standards. **What We Offer:** * The opportunity to join a growing company in the construction supervision and project management sector. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment where you can develop your skills and advance professionally. * Formal employment with social benefits (MYPE regime).
